How can a teenage kid earn a six pack, and juggle homework and school at the same time?

I weigh around 135 pounds, and i have weak abdominal muscles. I need a guide or plan that will give me results. Please help.How can a teenage kid earn a six pack, and juggle homework and school at the same time?
After you're homework is done and you're watching tv just do situps or crunches during every commercial break. I knew a kid that did that (from start to finish of every commercial break) and he had a 6pack quickHow can a teenage kid earn a six pack, and juggle homework and school at the same time?
well actually it will be pretty difficult if u do not eat correctly and frequently





start off by eating healthy snacks throughout your day such as granola bars or cereal bars and apples or oranges





now you should be also eating a healty dinner each night before 7:30 pm at the latest!!





do side bends while standing and you may also be able to read a book while achieving this...this excersize may help with any love handles or extra side fat around the belly





next you may be able to stick your feet under a couch and do situps while looking at flashcards or reading material.





if you also try to drink 7-8 glasses of water each day to have balanced dehydration
check these out. i am using these to practice for the cfa. (cfa is a mandatory test that a candidate must pass in order to be considered for admissions in the navy/military/air force academy) these seem to work for me. i am a jr in hs juggling 4 aps and 3 honors and swimming (national team)

sounds gay, but trust me it works.


you have 2 go everyweek so you wont miss a lesson and it is a total workout! a guy started one where i go, and the day after he was in pain, but within 4 weeks he has guns and he is so much strongger!!
Try doing situps while reading your homework.
start doing pushups and situps... thats what u need.... u should also eat better foods, more vegetables, more proteins..
Try doing crunches every other day. Thats what I do and I have a 6 pack.
Tighten your gut muscles when you walk around. It works

i drink i gallon of water every 24 hours and when i watk or do sit ups..... i read.

隆 first....try to breath through your stomach and .....,don麓t use elevator --( GYM...at least ...for weekends)!
