What should be in a teenage girls makeup bag?

I am 14 years old and in high school and wear no makeup at all. I would like to start wearing makeup more regularly. What are the basics that I should have. Just products. Like foundation or tinted moisturizer, or mascara. I have absolutely no clue! If you have any tips that would be great!What should be in a teenage girls makeup bag?
It depends on your complexion. But since your new at wearing make up start off with just a little.

3. mascara


4. eyeliner (lightly)

Some people prime there face before they wear anything.


This helps your makeup stay all day and helps it stay in place.


Well people always tell you that teenagers should wear tinted moisturiser, but i find that doesn't last all day, but that should be fine.


If you need more coverage i would go with some foundation. You can get many different foundations like liquid, cream, powder ect. You can apply liquid with a brush, a sponge or just your fingers works as well.


Powder you obviously apply with a brush.


Cream either fingers or sponge.





Also some concealer. You can get green concealer to cover redness, yellow to cover under-eye circles and you can also get normal coloured concealer. (:


Since your only just starting i would definitely just get the normal concealer because the green and yellow work although it's just marketing, normal concealer works just as well.





You can apply blush or bronzer also, but thats optional.





Eyeliner. You can either get liquid, pencil or gel liners. I find pencil is the easiest, gel and liquid eyeliners are just hard to apply lol.


Make sure you dont pack it on.





Macara. I'm pretty sure you would know how to put that on.





Eyeshadow. I don't really wear this stuff lol... but you can prime your eyelides before you apply it so that your eyeshadow doesnt get all creasy.





finally lipgloss or lipbalm.

If you are just starting out with makeup....just start with the essentials. The essentials are a light oil-free foundation, eye shadow, mascara and lip gloss.





First, find a foundation that is oil-free so that it will not clog your pores or cause breakouts. Go to a makeup counter like Clinique and/or Bobbi Brown and tell the artist that you need to find the right shade of foundation for your face. She should match you up correctly so that you wear the right shade.





Next, pick out a pretty soft eye shadow. Mary Kay has very pretty mineral eye shadows that have a little shimmer in them. Pick out a soft brown, like Chocolate Kiss, Honey Spice, Moonstone, Spun Silk, or Sweet Pink are very pretty and not too dark.





Finish your eyes with a pretty Lash Lengthening mascara in Black or Brown. Preferrably, black....it shouldn't be too harsh.





Top it all off with a pretty, soft lip gloss in pink or pinky brown tones.

For norm. day to day have:


Mascara- black really suites every girl. Use on the upper lashes for sure, bottom if wanted. 2 coats.


Foundation/cover up/concealor: You dont need all of these, but choose one to have on days when you suffer from breakouts or uneven skin tone. Try ot to use every day, you will look too made up and heavy. I recomend loose powder foundation, just dab it on zits.


Lip Product: I look best with nude lipstick, but a pink gloss is most popular. If not, use burts and bees chapstick.





If you want eyeliner or eyeshadow or bronze/blush fo rspecial occasions, thats fine, but using these everyday is too heavy. You may want to add these into ur daily routine after a few years.
Tinted moisturizer with SPF, blush.bronzer, eyeliner, mascara, berry colored lip gloss. If you have acne or dark circles, splotches, a concealer stick is good to have on hand as well.
