Not sure what you mean by ';stability.'; By specifying frame rate, I am assuming that this musician would be using the camera either for video clips or for firing off a burst of shots, which is not really the same as shooting a video clip. Other than that, there is no indication here about the musician's photographic expertise, experience, preference in photographic subjects and shooting conditions, style, and standards, or the budget of the purchaser. Before anyone can make an intelligent recommendation, these questions must be answered or at least addressed.
