Its not a very roomy bathroom, but something can and needs to be done....any suggestions? What would be a cute theme/ colors for a teenage girls bathroom?
i have ducks in mine, and its not overdone so it doesn't look childish. i have a duck pciture framed on the wall and a few duck decorations scattered around the bathroom. but I also blended in blue to make it more mature. it looks great.
in my other bathroom i have beach theme which turned out to be amazing. sea shells, bright vibrant colors, etc. What would be a cute theme/ colors for a teenage girls bathroom?
I would go white or light gray walls and use a black and white toule print w/pink or red accents. You can use cute make up, shoes, handbag prints as well to give it a mature girlie feel.
pink and green paint with a spring theme lol I love pink and green together beautiful colors
You have to go with a scheme that the girl will like...certain colors, shapes, etc.
I would use the child's favorite color some how. If you go to pottery barn.com, ikea.com, restorationhardware.com, watch trading spaces, you might be able to get some ideas. You could take two different colors plus white and do stripes on the walls. Or go to Bed Bath and Beyond and look at there themed bathroom sets and see if you can copy one of the patterns you or she likes on the walls.
cell bar wall paper. do it throughout her room too. cut a twelve inch long by two inch high slot at the bottom of her bedroom door for dinner plates to be pushed through too. don't forget to add bars at the window and have 1 lightbulb hang down from the ceiling swinging on a cord. This also works well in boys rooms as well. they'll love it. ask them what they think and feel free to reply back to me! i'd love to know what they think.
do a purple with flowers and a purple flower border peaceful
but soooooooooooo adorable!!!!!!!!!!!
u can do this with a pink 2
and make sure the colors arent 2 bright or 2 dark
What are the teenagers likes... Flowers, SeaShells, Butterflys, Dragonflys. ?
Write down your likes and a couple of favorite colors.
Go shopping or look on line to find a showercurtain in one of the styles you like and then go from their.
The hardest thing to find is a good showercurtain in the style you like. Once you find that, go for coordinating colors, art, and accessories.
brown and pink work well and brighten up a small room along with given it warmth. Adding a white shower curtain breaks up the scheme just enough to look classy.

What do young females need to do to avoid teenage pregnancy?
Same as my previous question. Think about this question like you have a teenage daughter. What would you tell your daughter about pregnancy? How would you try to deter her away from having the thought of being pregnant?
Again, please be respectful. You never know who you may be helping out with these questions. What do young females need to do to avoid teenage pregnancy?
can you spell ';birth control';What do young females need to do to avoid teenage pregnancy?
easy,
DONT HAV SEX
I would tell her that its best to wait until you're older and that the first time you have sex it creates a very strong emotional bond (usually). You don't want to have that bond to a person who may not be worthy or at a young age.
However, though I would stress that I want her to wait, I would tell her about condom usage and make sure she has access to them. You can't stop a kid from having sex once they've decided they want to. All you can do is try to instill the morals in them and then make sure they have the knowledge and the tools to practice safe sex if they decide to do it.
Looking back, my mom put too much faith in my teen-aged wisdom. She knew I had some sex education in school and basically told me ';I trust you know what you are doing. Think about what you want out of life and don't screw up.'; Of course, I was a serious, studious teenager and I'd like to think she knew me well enough to know that I wouldn't do anything reckless and irresponsible. Truthfully, that was pretty much all she needed to tell me, but I'd like to think I will be a bit more open in my discussions with my own daughter.
I would encourage abstinence because the best way to not get pregnant is to not have sex. But I wouldn't be so naive as to think she wouldn't be having sex, so I would discuss birth control and condoms with her. Stress not having sex' with someone who is unwilling to use a condom, not just to prevent pregnancy but also disease.
Talk about the way a pregnancy will impact her life - how difficult school will become, how hard it will be to maintain an active social life when she's got a kid to support and take care of. Just basically drive home how much her life will change and how much of a responsibility she will have to take on.
young girls need the basic knowledge of the whole babymaking process. they need to know that they are loved and respected by their parents and they need to know that boys are under as much or more pressure than they are to have sex. They need to know they can talk to you and that you won't judge them. They need to know that it might feel good and natural, but that they need to be very careful when it comes to sex and pregnancy and disease. In order to avoid teenage pregnancy they need to not search for love and respect by the passing boy, but find in themselves the strength to say no or the werewithal to protect themselves.
I stick by my first answer. I would tell her that I wouldn't want her to be having sex at a young age, but if she does feel like she is ready then she needs to take responsibility for what may happen. I would educate her on sex, what it is, where the kids come from. I would let her know that I want her to be safe first and foremost, but I don't want to shame her into thinking that it's bad or she is bad person for thinking or feeling anything sexual. I want her to feel like if something did happen - good or bad, that she can come talk to her Daddy about it.
I don't want her to ever think that sex is bad, but that there are consequences for having it. I think the reason why kids have sex at such young ages is because they have been told it is bad, and are seeing what they can get away with. Those are the ones sneaking around, and are more likely to have something happen than a kid who has been risen to believe that sex is wonderful but comes with responsibility. I think the more honest you are with kids, the more likely they will listen. Talk to them, not down to them.
I have teenage daughters, and we continue to have conversations about all the issues that play into whether or not a teen girl gets pregnant.
First and foremost, instilling a sense of self esteem and ownership of her own body, her own actions and the consequences of her actions. Which means that if and when she chooses to have sex, any consequences of sex - pregnancy, disease or emotional distress- will be hers to deal with. No blaming.
We discuss not only the biology of reproduction, but the emotional aspects of sexual relationships. We use movies and television as launch points for relevant conversations.
My 15 year old has had an educational appointment with a certified midwife. The midwife and I decided that it was not the appropriate time for a pelvic exam. But now, when it IS time, she will not be having a complete stranger performing the most intimate of regular physical examinations on her. I will follow the same pattern with my 13 year old in a couple of years.
A big part of our discussions involves how a caring for a baby would change every aspect of their lives - from sleeping patterns to educational and career options. I have made it clear that I will not take on the role of raising a child born to one of my teenagers.... they will be taught how and expected to do it themselves, with some support from me, but I will not do it for them.
Finally, keeping them busy to alleviate boredom and to have a constructive outlet for energy helps tremendously. So does adult supervision.
Easy. Be chaste. Don't have sex. If you lay the groundwork for this in your daughter *before* she's old enough to have sex, it helps.
Teach her that sex is special and should be saved for marriage. Tell her that her body is precious, and she is worth so much more than to use herself to make some teenaged boyfriend happy until he dumps her for someone better looking. Teach her that if a young man really respects her, he will wait, and if she respects herself she will want to wait also. Make sure she knows that sex makes babies, and no form of birth control can 100% prevent it. And no birth control can protect her heart! Help her understand that babies need a stable 2-parent home, and if she gets pregnant by her teenaged boyfriend the chances are that her baby won't have two loving parents. Let her take care of someone's newborn - it is alot of work, and seeing that may help her understand why waitiing is best.
There are plenty of things you can do. And once she is in a relationship, there are more. Don't let the two of them be alone together. No ';studying'; in her bedroom. No hugging and kissing and cuddling on the couch - they keep their hands to themselves. They have chaperones available when they go places, and group dates are what they're allowed to do for the most part. These are all things my parents did with me as a teenager and it worked. We never slept together until our wedding night. Heck, we didn't even kiss until the preacher said ';you may kiss the bride';. It can work but it takes the whole family's help. BTW...I'm glad we waited! Turns out I get pregnant super-easy so we would definitely have gotten pregnant had we not waited.
Teenagers are naturally self-centered so deterence should be focused around her. Her needs, her feelings....yada yada. How would a pregnancy effect HER life. What does she want? Explain the importance of not having sex just because someone else wants her to. She doesn't have to prove anything to anyone.
I had a child at 16 and although I wouldn't trade her for the world.....it led to a rough life for a while. I am almost 27 and just now getting an associates degree. If she understands the consequences of not having a baby until she's ready then she may take the precautions on her own initiative.
First of all my teenage daughter has already made the choice of not having any children or sex till she is ready. She's watched her cousin's and friends have babies during their high school years and see the enormous responsibility of a child. But as a young child i had told her having sex to early only brings problems. Disease, bad rep., and pregnancy. I also told her it is a painful process giving birth and your body ends up scarred for life! Not only let, the father 9 times out of 10 usely splits and she gets to stay home while her friends go travel and have fun. (because this future grandma don't babysit for her to go out, only for work)
Chastity belt.
lol, jk :P
Seriously, a mom and daughter need to be open about sex. If she can't trust her mom to tell her that she is thinking about sex, then she'll be more likely to do something stupid and end up preggers. Ideally, she should be able to tell her mom so she could get smart advice, such as being on the pill, getting condoms, getting tested, etc etc.
Unfortunately, most moms and daughters don't really fit into this category. Some moms are completely freaked out about talking to their kids about sex, and then wonder how on earth their kids got pregnant.
Women hold all the power in this issue. Tell her that self-respect goes a long way. She has tons of b/c options;pills, shots, implants, patches, etc. She owes it to herself to make every guy wear a condom every time. As delicate as a woman's heart can be, tell her not to rush things, or allow herself to be pressured into things. She can't get her innocence back once it's gone and promiscuity is especially dangerous for women, we are the ones that have to worry more about getting std's and about getting pregnant. Our reputations face a sad double standard; earning the title ****, or the like, is all too easy for a girl. Overall just tell her to take things slow, do them for the right reasons and never to compromise her beliefs. Oh, and tell her that you are there and love her no matter what and remind her that there is a 24 hour pill available if the condom tears.
I really don't understand the question ... aside from reminding a teen of the consequences of indiscriminate sex there is nothing else you can do. Most reasonable teens want to avoid pregnancy and if they aren't overtly avoiding it then you need to get inside their heads, find out why and deal with it.
It's absurd to prescribe 'abstinence' because teens will always have sex.
1. If you're not ready to have kids, either don't have sex at all or don't have unprotected sex.
2. Get on the Pill and insist that your boyfriend wear a condom.
3. Never date a guy who's unwilling to wear a condom (';It doesn't feel the same'; and ';You can't get pregnant the first time';, are not valid excuses).
4. The ';rhythm method'; (pulling out) is a joke.
5. Carry your own condoms so that the moment is not ruined by someone having to run to Duane Reade for condoms.
Encourage abstinence but keep in mind it will NOT make her any less likely to be sexually active. Give her a proper sexual education, and provide her with access to birth control. If she's going to have sex, that's all you can do about it.
I would personally start educating her from a young age, with books on the subject such as ';It's Perfectly Normal,';
http://www.amazon.com/Its-Perfectly-Norm鈥?/a>
You might be hesitant to bring up the subject, but if you don't she'll end up like Palin's daughter. THAT'S what abstinence only education ends in.
Well, geez I don't know..she could always... not have sex.
My girlfriend is not pregnant, and do you know why..because we do not have sex.
The news doesn't tell the truth about how many condoms that BREAK...that happened to my older brother and now I have a nephew 5 years younger than I.
Either don't have sex, or she can start investing in a combination of birth control pills.
But she will have to pay for it herself though, after all, sex is an adult responsibility.
Of course, I'm not just gonna let her take anything before I know its safe, but the bill will come from her pocket.
Of course, all these rules only apply until she is 16. Even then, I won't hate her IF she becomes pregnant, but there's no sense in sugarcoating her about the whole issue either.
Abstinence training won't always work. Teach her birth control, safe sex and hope for the best. Never shy from bringing up the topic. Your child is never too young for anything. Never make the mistake of assumin he/she is. They know and want to know a lot more than parents think they do.
Let me take this opportunity to express my utter amazement at western culture. In India, we never have sex till we're married.
I don't have any daughters but if I did, I would tell her don't have sex at all until you are age 18 and it won't reflect on me and I won't have to support it and you. And you cannot trust any boy when it comes to sex so don't have sex until age 18.
IF I had a duahgter I'd tell her what my mother told me. She wouldn't want a baby unless she's older and married becase there's fat more interesting things to do and accomplish. Use contraception and if you have an accident get a termination.
just tell her about birth control my teenage daughter is bound to have sex just as i did and my mothr, mother in law etc. its the way it is. just get her to use protection
Put an aspirin between their knees and keep it there.
Fact is abstaining is the only think that will avoid pregnancy. All other methods, including withdrawal all carry a risk of impregnation
I'd talk to her about everything. Then if she wants, get her to go on some sort of birth control. Tell her her life isn't going to be all fun and games if she has a baby so young.
I would tell her about all the consequences and if that's not scary enough than have her meet someone who became pregnant and their experiences.
Talk to the girl. Inform her depending on what she knows. Encourage use of condoms or birth control if you suspect that your advice is falling on deaf ears.
Let her babysit a couple of sick babies or toddlers. Then get her on the pill and buy her condoms and pray she uses them. And/or lock her in the closet.
Abstinance. Birth Control fails.
Abstention is the better part of valor.

How would a teenage male go about masturbating?
Hello I am a male and a while ago i overheard my friends talking about something called masturbation, so i looked it up and i think i understand what it is now, but i dont know how to do it! Can someone please tell me what to do?How would a teenage male go about masturbating?
Honesty in this case, the best thing you can do is just experiment with what works best for you, and there are plenty of resources for that in this day and age. I recommend visiting Jackin World (I've provided the link below), it's good for any other question you might have as well. How would a teenage male go about masturbating?

How did Jacques cartier spend his childhood and teenage years?
I did some research, and there is no info at all. I need some help. Thank you to whoever can help! How did Jacques cartier spend his childhood and teenage years?
Unfortunately, you aren't going to find much on this subject. Your teacher is ill informed to give you this assignment. Almost no information exists. He was born in 1491 in St. Malo (a port city in France). He did not become well known until he began to make voyages. I would say that your best luck is going to be to research a typical childhood in this region at that time. Finding specifics on his life is going to be nearly impossible. Your teacher should know that.

What information should i find out about for teenage pregnancy?
I'm doing a topic at school in IT about social problems and me and my partner chose teenage pregnancy. I need more Information about this topic. Please can anybody help? What information should i find out about for teenage pregnancy?
I could spend all night telling you about teenage pregnancies. i will shorten it - if you are a teenage parent you have made a life long commitment to that child from a younger age than most other people, you will not have had a good education you will never have any money, the child wont get the things you would have been able to give them if you had waited until you had finished your education and got a good career, when the child is older you have already shown them how to be a teenage mum and they will go and do the same - would you want that for your child? - No you will always want the best for them. Its not all about lovely babies and ribbons and bows it is about not having the life you should have had, being a teenager and having your life to plan you future. In most cases the children of teenage parents go on to make the same mistake themselves. What information should i find out about for teenage pregnancy?
Teenage pregnancy is defined as a teenage or underage girl (usually within the ages of 13-17) becoming pregnant. The term in everyday speech usually refers to women who have not reached legal adulthood, which varies across the world, who become pregnant.
The average age of menarche (first menstrual period) in the United States is 12.5 years old, though this figure varies by ethnicity[1] and weight, and first ovulation occurs only irregularly until after this. The average age of menarche has been declining and is continuing to do so. Whether fertility leads to early pregnancy depends on a number of factors, both societal and personal. Worldwide, rates of teenage pregnancy range from 143 per 1000 in some sub-Saharan African countries to 2.9 per 1000 in South Korea.[2][3]
Pregnant teenagers face many of the same obstetrics issues as women in their 20s and 30s. However, there are additional medical concerns for younger mothers, particularly those under 15 and those living in developing countries.[4] For mothers between 15 and 19, age in itself is not a risk factor, but additional risks may be associated with socioeconomic factors.[5]
Data supporting teenage pregnancy as a social issue in developed countries include lower educational levels, higher rates of poverty, and other poorer ';life outcomes'; in children of teenage mothers. Teenage pregnancy in developed countries is usually outside of marriage, and carries a social stigma in many communities and cultures. For these reasons, there have been many studies and campaigns which attempt to uncover the causes and limit the numbers of teenage pregnancies.[6] In other countries and cultures, particularly in the developing world, teenage pregnancy is usually within marriage and does not involve a social stigma.[7]
Among OECD developed countries, the United States and New Zealand have the highest level of teenage pregnancy, while Japan and South Korea have the lowest.[8
reasons for this:
In some societies, early marriage and traditional gender roles are important factors in the rate of teenage pregnancy. For example, in some sub-Saharan African countries, early pregnancy is often seen as a blessing because it is proof of the young woman's fertility.[11] In the Indian subcontinent, early marriage and pregnancy is more common in traditional rural communities compared to the rate in cities.[12]
In societies where adolescent marriage is uncommon, young age at first intercourse and lack of contraceptive use may be factors in teen pregnancy.[3][18] Most teenage pregnancies in the developed world appear to be unplanned.[18][19]

You should get some quotes from some teenage mums, on what life is like having a baby so young. Get some facts like the percentage in England that are teenage mums.
Get some facts that you could give to people about how to prevent teenage pregnancy's.
Pictures would be good, some of a teen pregnant. Some of the ways to prevent a pregnancy.
What is the legal age to have sex, then compare them to other countries, if this effects the pregnancy rate. For example does having a lower legal age to have sex make the number of teen pregnancy's higher or lower?
Get some quotes of what older people and people in your class think on the topic, then add your own opions.
Hi.
Youtube - teenage pregnancies - 'social problems' for more information where you can quote people or add the video on a powerpoint as well of quotations, national statistics, and/or facts.
Try and look at these social factors;
Relationships - Mother, Boyfriend, Parents/Family, friends
Family background - Peer's attitude
Culture/Religion -
Try an add education, finances, mental health, politics/government - support/welfare, Media - Newspaper/magazine cuttings, (the media's attitude), TV documentaries, quality of life.
Firstly you could look at relationships;
The mother for example will more likely have a negative reaction by possibly her parents, family, the baby's dad, his family and her friends.
The parents would be dissapointed in their child or upset that they could of have ruined education/career prospects. Also a parent would worry of finances and support for their teenaged son or daughter having a child.
Teenaged parents are very highly likely to split up. Ive forgotton the statistic. A young couple dont know eachother very well enough for long term commitment for when a baby comes along. They are also probably not prepared, this will put more stress and strain on the relationship.
Social relationships with friends can fade especially for a female as she is busy being a mother where as her friends work, and have a social life without a child. The mother could feel very lonely as she cannot participate to social events due to childcare or finances. lonelier where her friends have a different lifestyle to her.
There is a social 'look down' by society in general. By the religious 'Promiscuty' 'Sex before marriage' goes against christian, catholic, jewish and islamic rules. In western culture people who disagree with teenage pregnancy in general believing that teenage pregnancies cause more problems in society.
This can also be linked politically too, Im not sure what country your from in the UK teenage parents are entitled to free healthcare, benefits if they do not work, bills, rent everything paid. A council flat, child tax credits, and stamps for milk and vegetables. 拢500 is paid when pregnant, also a grant when moving into a council flat/house for decoration and furniture.
In The UK there is labour - left wing government who offers very good support for teenaged mums. This will cause problems to a teenaged tax payer like me who is entitled to nothing who is angry that if one gets pregnant tomorrow like many of my friends they do not have to work and get everything on a plate, but when i get pregnant i plan to in another decade lol it will cost me a fortune.
See Iam using myself above as an example of how political/government involvement can affect peoples views.
Try using government statistics on teenage pregnancy such as the nhs.
teenaged mums are more likely to become a lower class with lack or less of a good education and unable to work due to a baby.
easy...
why your country does not force through the dutch sex education system that starts aged 4 and ignores all the relgious idiot parents who want to keep kids thick as they hardly have any teen pregancies in the Netherlands.
\And why does it base the most important lessons for kids on the rantings of abusive relgious and parents who are ignorant of human development who think 17 year olds are children?
Also how your countires system of teaching naff all results in kids looking for info in places like this and class mates who get it sall wrong with people beleiving bnonsense like the guy has to *** in the girl which is not true or that sperm dies in air.
why should they have to go to a ite like this to learn what sexaul terms mean
http://www.punterlink.co.uk/guide.htm
Why not teach everythign in scvhool and bring kids up from the age of 4 so they have no embarrasment or awkardness in discussing sexaul health and relationships so its like discussing football. So they are fully prepared and experts in sexaul health and contrception before even aged 12.
So nobody ever makes mistakes due to ignorance as will know it all and be trained in using condoms over and over again, made to think you must always use hormone contrception as well and not easy to forget pills.
Why EVERY house and school does not have mornign after pills training kids from childhood so if anythign goes wrong to take them no messing around with the likes of yahoo answers.
Study up on which countries have the highest and lowest teen pregancy rates (see links) and why.
And How a bout an essay saying why all the kids should gang up on parents and teachers and forced them to teach everythign before kids can have sex ie before 11.
And why is ignornance allowed abnd seen as a good thing when humans are animals with hnormonal instincts.
Plus why should morality come from the religons responsible fro things like homophobia, sexsim, go forth and multiply, seeing females as nothing more then baby making bio machines to be married off.

How does teenage pregnancy affect the lives of those involved?
please help. if you know, then that would help. this is for a school research paper. How does teenage pregnancy affect the lives of those involved?
most times girls don't keep the baby and that's sadHow does teenage pregnancy affect the lives of those involved?
Teen pregnancy affects the lives of those involved because it adds more responsibility, it also has many stressors that may arise from being pregnant to giving birth then raising that same child from enfancy can be daunting or rewarding depending on whether you keep the said child or not. Should you chose not that too will have a lot of different factors just mentioned added on to that whole process of finding and giving the life you and your spouse created away. It also has a lot of pros an cons not mentioned in any child rearing books. Books also do not always have in them every single detail so problems come up that are not documented and that can cause a lot of problems for the young single or teen parents. It can also divide as well as bring together a couple or single parent with their own parents later on.
I hope that this does give you some answers. take care.
First off to all the people who said that the grandparents end up taking care of the child... That is not always true. I will be taking care of my daughter. When i found out I was pregnant I did what ever I could to finish high school early.. Which I did nearly a year early! I am being responsible and lots of other people are responsible. Please do not bring down the ones who are!
I am 17 years old and 24 weeks pregnant.
I am not going to be like other girls and give up my baby. I am having a beautiful baby girl and proud of it.
But it really does affect the people involved.
My friends and family have been having to take me into the doctor and hospital when needed. It is finanically a burden for my parents.
The father although he is almost as much part of this as I am, he could not take it and left.
People in the lives of pregnant women are stressed as well just like the women is.
it affects many people,, to start with, the most important one which it affects is the little one on the way,, an unplanned parenthood will ensure many challenges for the unborn child and the soon to be young mother,,, she may not be ready to provide all thats necesary for that child,,, sometimes love is not enough,,, there will be many expenses,,,, the burden may then be passed to others in the family such as the grand parents of the new born,,, as well as the rest of society which will surely have to pitch in to help bring up the new born, the new mother will now have to spend 95 % of all her time devoted to that newborn,,
Depending how involved others become,,,it affects them physically, emotionally, financially,,,,Obviously more the parents than outside family members...I know I am as involved with raising my granddaughter as I was with my own...minus the nighttime hoopla...haha..I adore her, and wouldn't have it any other way.
Well all in all a teenage pregnancy can effect the lives of those involved as little or as much as they decide to let it.
Example 1 -- If the girl chooses to keep the baby and she will remain living at her parents home then of course it will effect everyone a great deal. Herself, her parents, her siblings...Her parents will most likely be greatly effected financially. Everyone will be effected emotionally and mentally. And all the care that a newborn needs will almost be dependant upon everyone in the house, not just the new mom.
Example 2 -- If the girl chooses to keep the baby but her parents won't allow her to stay with her. There are a lot of options out there, maybe they move in with her boyfriends family, maybe she gets a place of her own, or maybe she stays in a shelter for unwed teen mothers. If they move in with the boyfriends parents then pretty much the same as example one. But if she has her own place really she is the only one that will be effected EXCEPT for the fact that her relationship with her parents and family will most likely suffer a great deal.
Example 3 -- If she chooses adoption to someone she does not know. Then basically the only thing the family/parents is going to have to worry about is making sure she recieves prenatal care. Then after the baby is born the mother will most likely be effected emotionally and mentally a great deal probably for the rest of her life.
Example 4 -- If she chooses or if the option is even available, to have a family member adopt to where she would still see the child grow up whether the child would know that she was the real mother or not...this would effect whomever adopted the child, their household, and the birth mother a lot emotionally.
And then of course....Example 5 -- If she chooses to go with abortion...which I personally hope she wouldn't, there are so many couples out there who can't have children that have so much love to give....I'm sure it would still emotionally and mentally effect her for the rest of her life with the contant wonders of ';what if?';
Good luck with writing your research paper and some parts of this subject are very touchy so be sure to be careful about different things you say!
well since i am one....sometimes the grandparents end up taking care of the baby because the kids are trying to stay in school and do what they want to do......the parents usaully dont stay together because they are not mature enough for that kind of responcebility. the younger the girl, her baby has a better chance of not learning as fast as a baby that wasnt born to a teen mom. they may not even try and keep their baby whether they give in up to adoption or abortion.......there are lots of ways it could effect someone.
The grandparents often financially support the baby %26amp; care for him when the mother is still in school %26amp;/or going out
The best I can tell you is that it'a the teenager's parent that's is most affected (and the unborn child, of course). The teen will probably return to school and who will take care of the child when it's born? The mother? No. She will be in school. The caregiving will all fall upon the grandmother/grandparent(s), who will take care of the child. That is only one in many ways teenage pregnancy can affect the lives if those involved.
There's no easy answer for that one my friend! It all depends on the people involved, the situation, both set's of parents (or Grandparents) and if you can afford to bring up a child at an early age!
Lets face it, most teenagers aren't mentally clued up to look after themselves, let alone have a screaming baby, wanting their attention 24 - 7!!
As far as I can say (I was once in this situation) teenage pregnancy, much like any other pregnancy, can be a blessing or a curse!! The best thing the two main people involved can do is make up their mind exactly what they want to do, inform the respective parents, and then stick to their guns!!! The worst thing that can happen, is to have regrets. They may have made a right or wrong decision, but at least it was theirs, and that's easier to live with!!

And then of course....Example 5 -- If she chooses to go with abortion...which I personally hope she wouldn't, there are so many couples out there who can't have children that have so much love to give....I'm sure it would still emotionally and mentally effect her for the rest of her life with the contant wonders of ';what if?';
Good luck with writing your research paper and some parts of this subject are very touchy so be sure to be careful about different things you say!
well since i am one....sometimes the grandparents end up taking care of the baby because the kids are trying to stay in school and do what they want to do......the parents usaully dont stay together because they are not mature enough for that kind of responcebility. the younger the girl, her baby has a better chance of not learning as fast as a baby that wasnt born to a teen mom. they may not even try and keep their baby whether they give in up to adoption or abortion.......there are lots of ways it could effect someone.
